The day begins in the heart of the cellar, where a welcome aperitif will accompany the story of our history and the secrets that make each sip unique.

 

From the barrels, you will then move on to the stove: under the expert guidance of our Chef, you will learn the techniques for making perfect pasta sheet. In addition to egg pasta, you will also prepare a seasonal sauce and a delicious dessert with your own hands.

 

The highlight of the experience will be a convivial lunch in our Wine Garden (in the warmer seasons), where you can enjoy what you have cooked accompanied by two glasses of our wines.

 

Before saying goodbye, you will receive a small surprise gift from the company, so you can take home a little piece of this unforgettable day.
