In the proviancia of Brescia and thus also in the Lake Garda area (costa Cresciana), the typical recipe is based on dry breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, seasoned with plenty of melted butter, often scented with sage leaves, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

We grab our basket and go collect our eggs. It's time to start preparing our homemade pasta: we knead, prepare the filling, create our casoncelli. We cook our casoncello, prepare our butter and sage sauce.And now it's time for the tasting; pair it with a glass of wine of your choice from the wine cellar's selection and the dish is done!**On the table you will find other small samples of local products (chopping boards) to make this food and wine experience more complete.
