ITINERARY
Departing from Salò we will head towards the monumental cemetery, designed by Rodolfo Valentini, and then on to the first restored structure with significant historical importance: Villa Portesina, the former residence of the undersecretary for foreign affairs Serafino Mazzolini. From here we will cross the gulf on the level, taking a moment to savour the landscape around us, with Mount Baldo providing a backdrop to magnificent Art Nouveau villas headed by Palazzo Martinengo Terzi, a structure built around 1550 by order of Sforza Pallavicini. Finally, we skirt the lakeside of Salò with its majestic cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Annunziata and the Palazzo della Magnifica Patria, once the seat of the captain of the Venetian republic and now the seat of the municipality of Salò.
